Over the years, I have dealt with at least 5 or 6 hearing aid “providers”. My 2 – 3 previous providers were unable or unwilling to clean and repair my old aids so that I could continue to use them. Dr. Ann Welker, however, easily found the problems and got them working again….all at no charge or obligation.
She tested and explained my hearing loss problem so that I understood exactly how new aids could improve my hearing. I am very satisfied and recommend anyone seeking solutions to their hearing problems visit Audio Professionals first so that they get service from “professionals” not just providers. There is a difference!
Very Truly Yours,
Very professional and rewarding experience. I recommend Dr. Eisenhart to all.
I knew the time was right to have a hearing test and I knew exactly who should do it. My mother has had several major ear surgeries in her lifetime and has been a client of Audio Professional since 1991. Last year, at age 87, Dr. Welker once again worked her magic and enriched mother’s life with the latest upgrade technology has to offer. Mother is profoundly deaf, yet is able to interact with friends and family because of the time and dedication to get the right aid, the right fit, and unlimited support. My new Widex Dream hearing aids are barely two months old, and I honestly don’t know why I waited so long. The comfort and ease of care go right along with the outstanding sound. It is so relaxing to be able to readily join in conversations and not be concerned about missing details. My family is so happy that I can hear them once again!
I have experienced hearing loss for several years and tried different hearing aides without much success . Being frustrated over not hearing very well, I decided to investigate whether purchasing a newer set of hearing aides would help. I was not very optimistic about recovering my hearing loss until a friend mentioned how happy he was with his new Widex hearing aides from Audio Professional, Inc. Still skeptical, I made an appointment to have a hearing examination by Dr. Ann Welker. With her help, I was fitted with a new set of hearing aides that would help restore my hearing loss.
I have to confess, I am so surprised and pleased that my new Widex hearing aides work so well. With Dr. Welker’s professional skills in fitting and fine tuning the new hearing aides to my hearing loss, I am now enjoying life and interacting with people with normal hearing. She is a remarkable person and I am so appreciative for her help.
I also, appreciate my friends recommendation and am forwarding it on to other people with hearing loss. I hope they find successful hearing as I have been so blessed to enjoy. Thank you Dr. Welker.
I have been using hearing aids for several years. The last two years I was having problems in the home setting in regard to hearing the TV; using the phone; and at times just hearing when conversing with family and friends. Hearing in the social setting was even worse. When I went for my last 4 month check-up, the audiologist suggested that I might want to think about getting new aides as the technology had changed over the years.
After a hearing test and discussion I decided to purchase new aides. I selected the Widex Clear 440. I’m really glad that I made this decision. I can hear so much more clearly. I can hear things that I haven’t heard in years….like little soap bubbles bursting in the sink. I do not have to really concentrate to hear things now. I know that my hearing will never be perfect but it has improved so much and makes life better.
Dr. Eisenhart fit me with a hearing aid and it has changed my life completely. If you’re hesitating to do something get those ideas out of your head. You don’t know what you’re missing. It’s the best thing that has happened to me!
