Dr. Kimberly Stremmel hails from southern West Virginia. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in speech pathology and audiology from West Virginia University and her audiology doctorate from Towson University in Maryland. She has worked in private practice since 2005.
Dr. Stremmel’s passion for audiology was born in the nursing home where her mother worked when she was young: “My brother and I enjoyed spending time with the residents but could see the impact hearing loss could have on their daily activities.”
She enjoys hiking, camping, and photography. Dr. Stremmel’s sons, Preston and Ethan, are very active in hockey and baseball, so she and her husband, Bobby, can be found racing between ice rinks and baseball fields. What she loves most about our practice is that she can recommend hearing aid options based on need and lifestyle, not on insurance or corporate policy. She is excited to devote herself to your hearing care!
